•Healthy Males and Females
•Age Group - 25 - 50 years
•Subjects working in Administrative Department or IT Departments of any company or Hospitals.
•Subjects with Forward Head Posture i.e., Cranio-Vertebral Angle < 50 degrees

排除标准

•Subjects with any respiratory co-morbidities e.g., Bronchial Asthma or COPD.
•History of trauma or surgery to the thorax or spine.
