Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy Males and Females
- •Age Group \- 25 \- 50 years
- •Subjects working in Administrative Department or IT Departments of any company or Hospitals.
- •Subjects with Forward Head Posture i.e., Cranio\-Vertebral Angle \< 50 degrees
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects with any respiratory co\-morbidities e.g., Bronchial Asthma or COPD.
- •History of trauma or surgery to the thorax or spine.
