- •1. Age group of 18-40 years (both males and females)
- •2. Voluntary participation
排除标准
- •1. History of neck trauma
- •2. History of neck or low back pain
- •3. recent (less than 6 months) lower limb, spinal or soft tissue injuries
- •4. Spinal pathologies
- •5. Any muscle-tendon injury of hamstrings
- •6. Hypermobility (Beightonâ??s score: less than equal to 4 hypermobile joints)
- •7. Pregnant women
