Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age group of 18\-40 years (both males and females)
- •2\. Voluntary participation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of neck trauma
- •2\. History of neck or low back pain
- •3\. recent (less than 6 months) lower limb, spinal or soft tissue injuries
- •4\. Spinal pathologies
- •5\. Any muscle\-tendon injury of hamstrings
- •6\. Hypermobility (Beightonâ??s score: less than equal to 4 hypermobile joints)
- •7\. Pregnant women
