入选标准
- •1. Age between 15-65 Yrs
- •2. Thoracic trauma (blunt & penetrating both) patients with hemo/ pneumothorax being managed with ICD
- •3. Giving Consent to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1. chronic pulmonary diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diffuse interstitial lung disease)
- •2. Patients requiring mechanical ventilator support
- •3. Patients with ICD placed from outside the institute.
- •4. Patients with Continuous air leak
- •5. Pregnancy
- •6. Coagulopathy
