Having carpal tunnel syndrome based on clinical findings or electrodiagnostic criteria
Not needing surgery and having mild to moderate disease symptoms based on muscle nerve strip and clinical examinations
Not taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or steroids before or during the intervention
Balanced mental state and full satisfaction to participate in the research
Patients under 18 years of age
Pregnant women
Report of previous treatment of syndrome with ultrasound or laser or regular use of analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs
Use of local steroid injections inside the carpal tunnel during the last year or during the study
Severe atrophy of the thenar region
History of malignant tumors
Having neuropathy of the peripheral system
Having any disease that affects the results of the study
Irregular attendance at treatment programs
Unwillingness to participate in the study

Name Time Method Pain. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 4 weeks after the intervention in patients. Method of measurement: Using the visual pain scale questionnaire (VAS).;Severity of symptoms (paresthesia). Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 4 weeks after the intervention in patients. Method of measurement: Using the Boston questionnaire.
