Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Those who have not been active in the last 3 months
- •\- Those who have stable disease activity within the last 3 months
- •(No changes in disease modifying antirheumatic drugs and steroids, no steroid injections)
- •\- Patients who volunteered and agreed to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- those who have been diagnosed with new chronic diseases and cancer within the last 3 months
- •\- who were diagnosed with unstable angina or myocardial infarction within the past month
- •\- Patients with unstable cardiovascular disease or severe illness that are difficult to perform rehabilitation exercise program,
- •Particularly, a systolic blood pressure of 180 mmHg or more, a diastolic blood pressure of 100 mmHg or more, a resting heart rate of 120 or more
- •\- Those who have undergone artificial joint surgery
- •\- Those who do not qualify for rehabilitation by other medical personnel
