Those who have not been active in the last 3 months
- Those who have stable disease activity within the last 3 months
(No changes in disease modifying antirheumatic drugs and steroids, no steroid injections)
- Patients who volunteered and agreed to participate in the study
- those who have been diagnosed with new chronic diseases and cancer within the last 3 months
- who were diagnosed with unstable angina or myocardial infarction within the past month
- Patients with unstable cardiovascular disease or severe illness that are difficult to perform rehabilitation exercise program,
Particularly, a systolic blood pressure of 180 mmHg or more, a diastolic blood pressure of 100 mmHg or more, a resting heart rate of 120 or more
- Those who have undergone artificial joint surgery
- Those who do not qualify for rehabilitation by other medical personnel
