Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy older adults
- •Between the age of 60 to 80 years
- •Scoring more than 24 points on Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE)
- •Has basic knowledge and understanding of English language
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any existing neurological impairments
- •History of any orthopaedic impairments
- •Any history of psychological impairments
