Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age \>\= 18 years
  • •ASA I and II
  • •Expected duration of surgery \< 4 hrs

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Refusal of consent
  • •Surgery involving airway or patient with difficult airway
  • •Obesity (BMI \> 30 kg/m2\).
  • •Pregnant women
  • •Tracheostomized patients
