- •patients who undergo lumbar/sacral spine surgery
- •ASA physical status 1-3
排除标准
- •History of drug allergy (which is used in this study)
- •History of epilepsy, coronary heart disease, glaucoma
- •current use of MAO inhibitors drug
- •liver cirrhosis or end stage renal failure
- •tumor of infection around the surgical site
- •history of spine surgery in previous 12 months
