1) Patients who need to confirm lesions by MR arthrography, such as rotator cuff tear in the shoulder joint, labial labrum tear, etc.
2) A patient with resting pain VAS of 0
3) Adult men and women over 20 years of age as of the date of consent
4) Yeouido St. Mary's Hospital Orthopedic Surgery Outpatient
5) Those who understand the research and can voluntarily consent
1) Patients with shoulder joint stiffness that can reduce the accuracy of intra-shoulder injection
2) Patients with a history of adverse reactions to contrast agents
3) Patient unable to communicate
4) Patients with poor understanding of the purpose and method of the experiment
