  • •Age 18\-40 years
  • •Patients diagnosed with asthma

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Not willing to participate
  • •Psychological unfit patient
  • •Patients with heart problems/diseases
  • •Patient with musculoskeletal disorders
  • •Pregnant/ lactating ladies
  • •Patients with any trauma/neoplasms
