- >= 21age old 至 ot applicable（—）
- 性别
- All
入选标准
- •1) 21 years old or older
- •2) Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus with diabetic macular edema
- •3) BCVA (best corrected visual acuity) less than or equal to 20/32
- •4) Central subfield thickness on OCT (optical coherence tomography) greater than or equal to 340 um
排除标准
- •1) Renal failure requiring hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis
- •2) Macular edema due to a cause other than DME (diabetic macular edema)
- •3) Ocular condition which might affect macular edema during the course of the study
- •4) History of systemic or ocular anti-VEGF treatment within 6 months
- •5) History of major ocular surgery within 6 months
- •6) History of intravitreal steroids within 6 months
