  • •All adult patients undergoing neurosurgry at Tata Memorial Hospital , over a period of study duration ( 1 year ) will be enrolled in this study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Refusal to study.
  • •2\. Patients with chronic Venous thromboembolism.
