Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age \=18 years and \= 85 years
- •2\.Suffered from one or more epileptic seizures (detected clinically and/ or by EEG)
- •3\.Expected ICU stay \> 48 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Recent ACTH deficiency (pituitary surgery, pituitary stalk trauma)
- •2\.Brain death or imminent death (within 24 hours)
- •3\.Pregnancy or Nephrotic syndrome diagnosed patient
- •4\.DNR (do not resuscitate) orders
