入选标准
- •Definite Crohn's disease : Patients who met at least 2 of 5 criteria (clinical symptom and sign, colonoscopic findings, radiologic findings, gross feature of intestine, and histologic finding) with persisting at least 2 months.
- •Probable Crohn's disease : Patients who do not meet the definite criteria but requiring follow up with possibility of Crohn's disease.
排除标准
- •Patients who do not meet the criteria of the definite and probable Crohn Disease, including ulcerative colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, intestinal Behcet's disease, and acute infectious colitis.
- •Definite or probable CD patients who refuse to consent participating the cohort study.
