Age more than 18 years old
Completing and signing the consent form
Diagnosis of plantar fascitis by physiatrist
history of malignancy
history of active infection
history of treatment of plantar fasciatis in the past year
history of uncontrolled HTN
history of rheumatoid disease
history of lupus disease
history of gout disease
Concomitant radiculopathy
Concomitant myopathy
Concomitant nerve damage
brain stroke
Having a serious systemic or local infection
Inability to communicate and sign the consent form
history of injection for treatment of plantar fascitis
pregnancy
breastfeeding
Diabetic patient
history of collagen vascular diseases
