入选标准
- •1. Thai Tinnitus patients not younger than 18 years old
- •2. Chronic tinnitus for more than 3 months
- •3. Tinnitus with tonal or narrow-band noise characteristics
- •4. Willing to discontinue tinnitus pharmacological therapy for at least 1 month before the music therapy begin
- •5. Thai language and able to give consent independently
排除标准
- •1. Suspected or confirmed the diagnosis of objective tinnitus
- •2. Active psychiatric or central neurological disorders
- •3. Broadband or white noise tinnitus
- •4. Intermittent Tinnitus
- •5. Pure tone average of better ear more than 70 dB HL
- •6. Initial THI score less than 10
