Inclusion Criteria
1.Male and Female participants having hamstring tightness( <80 degree)
2.Age group between 18 to 60 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1.History of hamstring tear.
2.Any neurological disorder.
3.Individuals undergoing strengthning, flexibility, or any other program which can affect the study.
4.Fractures or surgeries.
5.Known spinal disorders or arthritis.
6.Patient who canâ??t tolerate the stretch
7.Pregnant women
