Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients with either pure CGH or pure migraine according to IHS and Sjaastad criteria.
- •2\)Age group between 18\-60 yrs.
- •3\)Both genders.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Subjects with other types of headache based on IHS criteria
- •2\.Autoimmune or Congenital disorders.
- •3\.Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylosis
- •4\.Upper quadrant dysfunction
- •5\.Withdrawal of informed consent
