Inclusion Criteria
a. Patients who were to receive caudal epidural block due to low back pain or sciatica, or both are enrolled in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
a.Local infection
b.Coagulopathies
c.Operation history of sacrum or coccyx
d.Inability to lie prone or in the lateral decubitus position
