Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients scheduled for elective surgery under regional anesthesia with sedation
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Age under 18 yr or over 100 yr
- •(2\) Pregnancy
- •(3\) Allergic or contraindicated to the study drug
- •(4\) Not alert mental status or unable to communicate before surgery
- •(5\) Requirement of change in patient's position during surgery
- •(6\) Preoperative oxygen therapy
- •(7\) Do not agree to sedation after regional anesthesia
- •(8\) Severe obesity with a body mass index exceeding 35 kg/m2
- •(9\) ASA classification IV or higher
