Adult patients scheduled for elective surgery under regional anesthesia with sedation
(1) Age under 18 yr or over 100 yr
(2) Pregnancy
(3) Allergic or contraindicated to the study drug
(4) Not alert mental status or unable to communicate before surgery
(5) Requirement of change in patient's position during surgery
(6) Preoperative oxygen therapy
(7) Do not agree to sedation after regional anesthesia
(8) Severe obesity with a body mass index exceeding 35 kg/m2
(9) ASA classification IV or higher
