入选标准
- •Adult patients scheduled for elective surgery under regional anesthesia with sedation
排除标准
- •(1) Age under 18 yr or over 100 yr
- •(2) Pregnancy
- •(3) Allergic or contraindicated to the study drug
- •(4) Not alert mental status or unable to communicate before surgery
- •(5) Requirement of change in patient's position during surgery
- •(6) Preoperative oxygen therapy
- •(7) Do not agree to sedation after regional anesthesia
- •(8) Severe obesity with a body mass index exceeding 35 kg/m2
- •(9) ASA classification IV or higher
