入选标准
- •1. Meet the MCI diagnostic criteria;
- •2. Age 65-85 years old;
- •3. Han nationality, right-handed;
- •4. MoCA-B score: years of education<= 6 years, score <= 19; 7-12 years, score <= 22; > 12 years, score <= 24;
- •5. Agree to sign the informed consent form.
排除标准
- •1. Dementia;
- •2. Nervous system diseases: cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, brain tumor, brain trauma, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and other neurological diseases that cause cognitive decline;
- •3. Metabolic diseases: Anemia, abnormal thyroid function, folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency, etc. lead to cognitive decline;
- •4. Severe mental illness, such as severe depression;
- •5. History of gas poisoning;
- •6. History of general anesthesia;
- •7. Suffering from acute or serious life-threatening diseases;
- •8. Severe vision, hearing or language problems cannot complete neuropsychological assessment;
- •9. Taking psychotropic drugs or drug abuse;
- •10. There are contraindications for MRI (pacemaker, metal joints).
