1. Meet the MCI diagnostic criteria;
2. Age 65-85 years old;
3. Han nationality, right-handed;
4. MoCA-B score: years of education<= 6 years, score <= 19; 7-12 years, score <= 22; > 12 years, score <= 24;
5. Agree to sign the informed consent form.
1. Dementia;
2. Nervous system diseases: cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, brain tumor, brain trauma, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and other neurological diseases that cause cognitive decline;
3. Metabolic diseases: Anemia, abnormal thyroid function, folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency, etc. lead to cognitive decline;
4. Severe mental illness, such as severe depression;
5. History of gas poisoning;
6. History of general anesthesia;
7. Suffering from acute or serious life-threatening diseases;
8. Severe vision, hearing or language problems cannot complete neuropsychological assessment;
9. Taking psychotropic drugs or drug abuse;
10. There are contraindications for MRI (pacemaker, metal joints).
