- Female
入选标准
- •1)healthy women age 20-45 years
- •2)diagnose endometrioma size at least 3 cm in diameter and performed laparoscopic surgery already
- •3)No history of oral hormone within 3 months and no treatment history of รับ depot-medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) or GnRH agonist 9 months before surgery
- •4)no contraindication for Ethinyl estradiol à¹à¸¥à¸°Desogestrel
- •5)no desire for a child within 2 years
排除标准
- •1)liver cirrhosis, chronic renal disease, coagulopathy or has a disease not suitable for surgery
- •2)have a contraindication to Ethinyl estradiol or Desgestrel
- •3)cannot tolerate to abnormal uterine bleeding, side effect of progestin-only pills
- •4)deny participating to the study
