Inclusion Criteria

Patient having classical symptoms of Ardhavbhedaka will be selected

Lakshana of Ardhavbhedaka must be present are

1)Ardha Shirovedana (Pain in the half part of head)

2)Pakshata Dashata Aksmata Vedana (Pain at the interval of 15 days or 10 days or sudden )

other symptoms

Bhrama- (giddiness)

Manya,Bhru,Sankha,Karna,Akshi,Ardh lalate Ati Vedana (Pain in half part of neck,eyebrow,temporal,ear,eye)

Ghata Sambhedan (Breaking pain at the nape of neck)

Bhruvomadhya Lalate Vedana (Pain between the eyebrow and at forehead)

Bhrush Sankh Nistodana (Severe pricking pain in both temporal region)

Akshini Nishkrushya Eva Vedana (Felling as if eyes are being extracted)

Karna Svana(Abnormal Sound hearing in ear)

Shira Ghurnan (feels as if head is revolving)

Shira Sarva Sandhi Muchyate (sensation of laxation in skull region)

Kandhara Sangraha(stiffness of neck)

Hanu Sangraha (lock jaw)

Shirasi Shirajala Sphurana (pulsation of the vessels of head)

Prakashasahata (Photophobia).Ghranastrava (Nasal discharge)

Exclusion Criteria

Referred pain in one half of head due to any other disorder of Eye, Ear, Throat, Teeth etc will be excluded.

Patient suffering from Diabetes, tuberculosis, Hypertension, Malignancy and /or any other General Debilitating Health Condition.

Patient on any other medications which is interfering with trial treatment.
