Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients diagnosed with osteoporosis by orthopaedician
- •Patients willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having any neurological disease
- •Any kind of recent musculoskeletal injury, such as fracture or trauma, tendon or ligaments tears, and/or any recent surgery
- •Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes
- •Patients who used assisted walking devices or who were unable to walk independently more than 10 meters
- •Heart pacemaker or any cardiopulmonary disease that could impede the execution of the exercises
- •Patients with auditory deficiency
- •Patients with visual deficiency
