- •People who are ?19-28 years old, ? feel pain in temporomanibular joints, ? have Internet-enabled smartphone and ? be literate in Korean enough to understand given education materials and answer the given questions are applicable.

- •When score pain in temporobandibular joints from 0(no pain)-10(the worst pain imaginable), people rating his or her pain less than 2 are excluded.
