入选标准
- •(1) Participants were 65-80 years old; 2) Do not exercise regularly within 6 months before starting exercise; 3) Clear consciousness, voluntary exercise intervention; 4) Standardized use of antihypertensive drugs; 5) Stable blood pressure control; 6) No obvious symptoms such as dizziness; 7) Meet the inclusion criteria of sedentary population; 8) Signed Informed consent file.
排除标准
- •1) Participating in other scientific experiments; 2) motor dysfunction due to musculoskeletal disease; 3) with cognitive dysfunction such as dementia; 4) Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5) Risk of falling; 6) Tumors and other diseases; 7) Medical diseases,etc.
