Dependent patients are one of the risk groups of oral potentially malignant disorders (OMPDs) due to health conditions and difficulty in access to health care service. The prevalence and risk factors related to OMPDs in this groups have never been studied before.

Inclusion Criteria

1. Barthel index ADL in the range from 0 to 11 scores 2. Live in Nong Suea District no less than 6 months 3. Communicable patient or care giver

Exclusion Criteria

1. Emergency medical condition such as uncinciousness, not breathing, hyperventilation, wheezing, suddenly drowsiness, seizure, accute chest pain, sudden numbness or weakness in the face, arm, or leg, sudden confusion, trouble speaking or difficulty understanding speech, acute respiratory failure, acute cardiovascular event 2. Palliative care patients 3. Refuse to open his/her mouth for examination
