入排标准
入选标准
- •Stone size up to 8 mm.
- •Cases of Ureteral tone with renal stone will be included.
- •Cases of ureteral stone with mild hydronephrosis will be included.
- •Patients of Ashmari with controlled Hypertension & Diabetic Mellitus.
排除标准
- •Stone size more than 8 mm.
- •Stone present in urinary bladder, and in urethra will be excluded
- •Gross Hydronephrosis.
- •Chronic Renal failure. (Sr. Creatinine >2mg/dl will not be included)
- •Acute abdominal pain.
- •Cases which are advised surgical intervention.
- •Severe Hematuria.
- •Co-morbidities like uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiac disorders, Malignancy, Tuberculosis, HIV, HBsAg, VDRL etc.
