- •4)Patients giving written consent to participate in the study.
- •5)Patients who can read Hindi/Bengali/English.

- •2)Patient doesnâ??t have alternating symptom or alternating state of illness

- •4)Patients requiring surgical operation
- •5)Pregnant and lactating women
- •6)Patients undergoing homoeopathic treatment elsewhere
