Inclusion Criteria

Part I study will recruit a total of 61 paediatric leukaemia survivor from previous patients who participated in a doctoral thesis project conducted from the year 2009 to 2011 (Tan et al. 2013a; Tan et al. 2013b) as well as paediatric leukaemia survivors not involved in the doctoral study, who were previously diagnosed with ALL or AML at Hospital Tunku Azizah (HTA), Hospital Kuala Lumpur during childhood or adolescence and will have their follow-up visits.
Part II study will recruit new patients who are diagnosed with paediatric cancer aged 2.00 to 15.99 years and survive more than 3 months post-diagnosis and have sufficient general condition (Lansky score with at least 50 for patients aged below 16 years) (Lansky et al. 1987).

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients who require a transplant of bone marrow
2. Concurrent illness, such as diabetes, HIV, TB, hormonal problems, and thyroid disease
3. Children with Down syndrome, neurological developmental disabilities before diagnosis that caused patients cannot cooperate in this study
4. Experiencing any form of fever or sepsis
