Inclusion Criteria
  1. Autologous sperm and oocyte; <br>2. First cycle; <br>3. Sperm DFI > 30%;<br>4. The woman's age is less than 38 years old.<br>
Exclusion Criteria
  1. Patients undergoing pre-implantation embryo genetic testing (PGT); <br>2. Excluding common male infertility factors such as karyotype abnormalities, AZF microdeletions, orchitis, epididymitis, varicocele, history of reproductive system surgery, history of mumps, sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis and AIDS; <br>3. Testicular sperm or frozen-thawed sperm; <br>4. The number of Retrieved oocytes < 10.
