入选标准
- •1)Men and women between the ages of 20 and 45 at the time of consent
- •2)Non-smokers
- •3)No regular exercise habits within the past 6 months from the time of participation
排除标准
- •1)People with severe heart failure, renal failure, respiratory failure, cerebrovascular disease, or other malignant diseases
- •2)People with inflammatory diseases
- •3)People with physical abnormalities other than those listed above that make exercise difficult
- •4)Persons who are prohibited from exercising by a physician
- •5)People who are currently taking medication that affects bone metabolism
- •6)People who used bone resorption inhibitors such as bisphosphonates or teriparatide until one year ago
