1. ASA I ,II and III,
2. Adult patients( >18 years),
2. Undergoing robotic surgeries requiring trendelenburg position
Exclusion Criteria
1. ASA IV,
2.children{ <18 years),
3.patients with distorted anatomy due to head and neck cancer or previous surgery.
