入选标准
- •Patients with a hip fracture presenting for surgery, aged 45 years and older, without contraindications for regional anesthesia.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, hyperthyroidism or severe dementia
- •2.allergy to ropivacaine
- •3.Regional anatomical abnormalities or infections at the site of block.
- •4.Bleeding disorders e.g., thrombocytopenia, high INR, high PT in patients known to have chronic liver disease or impaired kidney.
- •5.Patients on chronic pain medications or regularly receiving analgesics.
- •6.Patients with high kidney functions e.g., high serum creatinine level.
