Inclusion Criteria

Age between 25-50 years Diagnosed with Mechanical Low Back Pain according to the American Family Physician criteria

Exclusion Criteria

Medical Conditions:- Exclude patients that have Low back pain that is radiating, having trauma, recent fractures.

Spinal Surgery: Exclude individuals who have undergone recent spinal surgery or procedures in the area of interest, as this may confound the study results.

Inflammatory Conditions: Exclude individuals having inflammatory or autoimmune conditions affecting the spine.

Pregnancy: Exclude pregnant individuals, as their back pain may be related to pregnancy rather than mechanical issues.

Severe Psychiatric Conditions.

Red Flags: The Red flags are-

1. Recent significant trauma

2. Unexplained weight loss

3. History of cancer

4. Fever or chills

5. Progressive neurological deficits (e.g., weakness, numbness, or tingling in the legs)

6. Bowel or bladder dysfunction
