入选标准
- •Adults > 18 years of age
- •Two or more non-contiguous discrete burn areas
- •Each burn > 1% TBSA
- •Scars which would ordinarily be managed by pressure garments
- •All patients to be at least 3 months from burn injury
排除标准
- •Pregnant or lactating females,
- •Facial scars
- •Keloid scars
- •Inability to give informed consent
- •Systemic glucocorticoid use
