Inclusion Criteria
- •Undergraduate nutrition students and their families (over 12 years old)
- •Completion of informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Suffering from cancer
- •Suffering from autoimmune diseases
- •Suffering from inflammatory bowel disease
- •Chronic or acute kidney disease (creatinine \= 1\.4 mg / dL for men or \= 1\.3 for women or proteinuria)
- •Hospitalization for more than 2 weeks
