Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age above 60 yr.
- •2\. Fullerton advanced Scale: cut\-off score \<25/40
- •3\. Dizziness handicap inventory scale: score \>36 (moderate)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Brain trauma
- •2\.Meniere disease
- •3\.Uncontrolled migraine
- •4\.Metallic implant in the head or neck
- •5\.Orthopedic limitations interfering with the study
- •6\.Any psychiatric disorders
- •7\.Epileptic seizures
