The inclusion criteria were: 1) the age range of 4-6 years in children; 2) caregiver as a person who was a mother of the child biologically or is not the mother of the child biologically, but has a good relationship with the child, 3) diagnosis of ODD in the child based on The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-4), 4) Age range of 20-45 years for parents; 5) internet access (without interruptions); and having a computer equipped with a camera and microphone, 6) A history of at least 3 months of methadone consumption by the mother with a presumed dose, and 7) residence in Tehran and a suburbs with a deviation of square kilometers from the center.
Exclusion criteria for mothers and children were as follows: 1) lack of natural intelligence with a criterion of less than 70; 2) more than three months use of psychiatric drugs due to the probability of affecting the psychological syndrome; and 3) more than two absentee sessions.
