- Brief Summary
So far the study findings highlight the need for bio-psycho-social approach for recovery after mild-moderate road traffic injury. Cyclists are at high risk of road injuries in urban areas, but report better recovery than other road users with mild-moderate injuries. Motorbike riders are at higher risk of road injuries in rural-regional areas of NSW. Pain is a vital indicator of recovery. Return to work, non- claimant status for insurance, early diagnosis - early treatment contribute to better recovery.
