入选标准
- •1.ASA grade I and II,
- •2.non hypertensive and non diabetic
- •3.scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •1.patients with known sensitivity to pregabalin,
- •2.seizure disorders, who were taking pregabalin or gabapentin,
- •3.history of drug or alcohol abuse,
- •4.history of chronic pain or daily intake of analgesics,
- •5.pregnant or breast-feeding females,
- •6.uncontrolled medical disease (diabetes mellitus and hypertension) and
- •7.impaired kidney or liver functions
- •8.hyperkalemia
- •9.increased intracranial and intraocular pressure
- •10.psychiatric patients
