Patients of age 18 or above who have impacted third molar which is indicated for removal under local anaesthesia
1. patients who are on antibiotics and analgesics pre-operatively.
2. patients who are on steroidal therapy.
3. patients who are allergic to the antibiotics and pain killers.
4. patients with pre existing systemic inflammatory disorders.
5. patients with previous or existing cardiovascular diseases, smokers, diabetes mellitus.
6. patients having periodontitis.
7. patients who has h/o peptic ulcer/ gastric ulcer / GI bleeding/ renal disorders.
