1. Subjects with paraplegia from traumatic cause (spinal level T1-12)
2. Duration of injury : more than 1 year
3. Age -20-40 years
4. ASIA-A,B
5.Subject should be completely active in ADLs and functionally independent.
6.Subjects will required to be sedentary that is no leisure time physical activity or a strenuous exercise within 48 hours prior testing
1.Subjects taking medication that could affect heart rate e.g. beta blockers, Ca++ channel blockers
2.Subjects with premorbid respiratory condition like asthma, COPD, restrictive lung diseases
3.Active Smokers.
4.History of unstable angina, recent cardiac infarction, uncontrolled hypertension, kidney failure, autonomic dysfunction, diabetes.
5.Subjects with any diagnosed cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, physiological, musculoskeletal, psychiatric disorders other than spinal cord injury, obesity, and drug users specially drugs affecting nervous system.
