Inclusion Criteria
1.Male/Female aged > 18 years old
2.Two or more keloids and hypertrophic scars
3.Willingness to participate
Exclusion Criteria
1.Prior treatment with intralesional corticosteroid within 6 months
2.Dermatitis, Psoriasis, infection and other skin lesions at the site of lesion
3.On immunosuppressive drug
4.Corticosteroid allergy
5.Pregnancy and Lactation
