(1) Patients (18-80 years old) who underwent Orthopedic In front of Sugamo station Surgery at the first visit
(2) Persons with lower back and lower limb symptoms for 3 months or more
(1) Those who cannot obtain written consent for participation in this study
(2) Those who cannot start at the measurement start time
(3) Those who have difficulty in self-determination such as dementia and impaired consciousness (20 points or less on the Hasegawa dementia scale (HDS-R))
(4) Persons with ankylosing spondylitis, bone fracture, malignant spinal tumor, etc.
(5) Persons with low back pain due to infectious diseases or tumors
(6) Those who have experience of spinal surgery in the past
(7) Those who the doctor judges that the AKA-Hakata method is not applicable
