Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age\- 40\-60 yrs.
- •\-Individuals with ACE III English Indian Version score less than 88\.
- •\-Both genders
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Individuals who routinely perform daily exercises and cognitive gamingââ?¬•s in the past 3 months
- •\-Individuals with neurological conditions that impede the study (eg. mental retardation, stroke, spinal cord injury).
- •\-Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension. (Blood pressure: systolic ââ?°Â¥ 140mmhg \& diastolic ââ?°Â¥ 90mmhg)
- •\-Individuals with musculoskeletal conditions like \- recent fracture, dislocations, contractures, deformities.
- •\-Any recent surgeries like\- abdominal surgeries, cardio\-thoracic surgeries, perineal surgeries.
- •\-Pregnancy
- •\-People who are not willing to participate
