•Patients having any of the three symptoms such as burning micturition, dysuria, supra pubic pain, scanty urination
•Patients who are willing to go for urine routine, culture and blood investigation
•Patients with urine culture significant for bacteria, fungus (eg:Escherichia coli, klebsiella, Enterococci,Proteus mirabilis, Stapylococci etc)
•Patient willing to sign the informed consent stating that she will consciously stick to the treatment but can opt out of the study of her own conscious discretion.

•vulnerable groups(pregnancy and lactation)
•Genito urinary tuberculosis
•Diabetes mellitus
•Sexually transmitted diseases like HIV,Syphilis
•Known case of Hepatitis B,C
•Renal stone
•Patients who are not willing to undergo for urine routine, culture and blood investigation
