Inclusion Criteria
Patients of age group between 18 to 50 years
Patients with HbA1c of 5.7 to 6.4%
Subjects who submit a written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Known cases of Diabetes mellitus both type I and type II
Past history of Gestational diabetes
Uncontrolled Hypertensive subjects with or without medication > 140/90 mm Hg
Pregnant or Lactating women
Alcoholics and or drug abusers
Patients suffering from major systemic illness necessitating long term drug
treatment like Rheumatoid arthritis Psycho neuroendocrinal disorders etc
Any other medical illness like Coronary Artery disease stroke etc
Patients who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past
6 months
