- Female
入选标准
- •1. The elderly female patients aged 37-43 years old;
- •2. meeting the diagnostic criteria of infertility: both husband and wife have normal sexual life and have not been pregnant for one year without contraception;
- •3. patients with low ovarian response;
- •4. sign the informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. caused by local ovarian surgery;
- •2. patients with tumor whose ovarian function is decreased due to radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
- •3. decreased ovarian function caused by taking hormones, immunosuppressive drugs, etc.;
- •4. patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular system, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
