研究概览

简要总结

This study aims to examine the impact of diet culture, social media exposure, and body image perception on eating behaviours among young adults aged 18 to 30 years. It explores how digital content and societal beauty standards influence emotional and cognitive patterns related to food. Using validated tools such as the DEBQ and EAT-26, the study assesses disordered eating patterns, while also evaluating body image concerns and the extent of social media engagement. The findings are expected to contribute to a better understanding of the psychological and behavioral outcomes linked to diet culture and digital influence in young adults.
